I am so thankful and grateful that my daughter, Autumn, is a part of this family, (correction, we are a part of this family.) Thanks to all of the coaches especially; our newest additions for looking out! It’s forever appreciated and I love you all more than can be measured. As we prepare to bring home banner after banner after banner after banner after banner, LOL, I want to send a special prayer that GOD continues to allow us to shine and change so many lives, I pray that with each day we become closer and closer, I pray for more than success, I pray for unity. I truly feel that this year we're more united than we've ever been. I pass a couple of gyms to come to CAO and my daughter would not be happy if she was not cheering with her family. A family that prays together, stays together, and is successful together. Love yall

oooh my goshh! hi.. lol my experience at c a o has been the best seasons ive cheered.. although i only been here 3 seasons it feel like ive been here for ever.. c a o is a gym where a lot of us girls call home.. all the coaches/mamas keep us motivated and loved.. of being here i have learned that in order to lead you have to follow.. ive enjoyed the time weve shared the tears we shed and the fun we had.. cao too me is a real gym that isnt just competitive or "all black" lol this gym has something the other gyms dont have and i wouldnt leave even if i had the opportunity. i bleed CAO and i love staff and parents.. - fierce you better work! love jonalisa..
