CAO Elite provides a safe, fun, enthusiastic environment for cheerleaders of all skill levels.
Welcome to CAO Elite All Stars home of the "National Champion Stars" We are dedicated to providing our athletes with quality athletic training while promoting the sport of cheerleading. In addition to our All Star cheerleading program, we offer tumbling classes, choreography, stunting classes, private lessons, summer camps, Tumble Zone Enrichment Program and school team training.

We offer a full size 52x42 competition spring floor so our cheerleaders are experienced and prepared for all competitions
In addition to our 52x42 spring floor, we also have a fully springed 42x16 practice floor & 42x8 tumble strip
Our 50 foot air track gives our athletes an extra advantage in perfecting their tumbling skills
Our parents and guest can relax in our spacious lobby while enjoying Hi-Def satellite TV and complimentary Wi-Fi
The CAO Elite gym is available for rent! If you're in a bind looking for a place to practice or you want to get use of a cheerleading floor before your next competition, look no further!
With our full size cheerleading floors and incredible sound systems our gym is perfect for what you need! Your team will be that much better come competition time just by being tested on a cheer floor.
Standard Gym Rental:
A squad and its coach can rent the 42 x 42 foot cheer floor as long as there are no scheduled classes at their requested rental time. The rental shall include the use of our cheer floor and a sound system. This rental does not include instruction from a CAO Elite staff member. The rate of this rental is as follows:
Weekdays: $50/hour
Weekends: $60/hour (Sat. & Sun.)
*Prices are for 30 or less cheerleaders. $10 per student, per hour for additional students
Gym Rental with Instruction:
A squad may rent the cheer gym for training purposes for the below mentioned rental costs which includes a CAO Elite staff member. A CAO Elite staff member will assist the squad in requested areas. These areas can include tumbling, stunting, jump technique, etc. The rate for the training rental shall be as follows:
8 or less participants: $12.50/person/hours
9 to 12 participants: $105.00/hour with 1 instructor
13 to 20 participants: $145.00/hour with 2 instructors
21 to 30 or more participants: $175.00/hour with 3 instructors
Gym Rental with Critique:
A squad may rent the cheer gym and request a critique by a CAO Elite Staff member. When critiquing, the staff member shall observe the squads routine or portions of the routine. The staff member will then make recommendations to fine-tune the routine. Critiquing includes the use of the Cheer Floor and the sound system at CAO Elite.
Rate: $120.00/hour.
PAJAMA JAM
Sleepovers must be scheduled two weeks in advance (upon availability).
We offer group activities and games, as well as a tumbling floor!
Sleep-over are ONLY scheduled on Fridays or Saturdays (8:00 pm - 8:00 am.)
$25 per child (min 20 children, max 35 children). Pizza and drinks included.
*$150 non-refundable deposit upon date setting.
*No one may come in or leave after midnight (doors are locked until morning). Parents should arrive at 7:45 am the following morning for pick-up.
